GETTING STARTED
Start with one name.
On first launch with an empty notebook, choose your language or Follow System, then open the four-step tutorial. Basic notes, people, follow-ups and complete backups are free. No account is needed.
Add someone you want to know
Add a person in People. A name is enough to save; fill in the company, role and how you met whenever you like.
Prepare your next Coffee Chat
Create a Coffee Chat, choose its participants and add questions in Preparation. Afterward, return to capture notes and reflections.
Turn an insight into a small action
Create a follow-up, link it to a person or conversation and set a date. Try a thank-you or an article to share. Enable a reminder only if you want one.
Keep a copy of your notebook
Open Settings → Backup and Restore. Export a complete JSON backup and save it somewhere you trust. Import that file on a new device to restore it.
Replay anytime in the app’s Settings → Getting started. You can also change your language and Light or Dark appearance in Settings.

On your device
No app account required. Notes, contacts and photos are stored locally. You choose when and where to export them.
Your reading preferences
Open Home → Settings to choose one of 12 languages and System, Light or Dark appearance. These preferences are free and saved on your device.

Pro adds templates, collections, contact cadences, workflows, reports, an opportunity board, a knowledge library, statistics, custom exports, relationship maps and themes. Monthly and yearly subscriptions include the same tools.
A little help, when you need it.
How do I back up or move my notebook?
Open Settings → Backup and Restore to export a complete JSON backup, including records, relationships and photos. Save it in a trusted place. To move devices, transfer that file and import it on the new device. Preview the restore choices carefully; exports may contain private information.
Why did a reminder not appear?
Check notification permission in iOS Settings, enable the reminder on the pending task, and check its date and pause setting. Date-only reminders occur at 9:00 AM in the task’s selected time zone. The nearest 60 future reminders are scheduled and refreshed when you open or edit the app. Focus modes and system notification settings can affect delivery.
How do I restore Pro?
Use the same Apple Account used for the purchase, then open Settings → Pro → Restore Purchases. An active subscription is required. Connect to the App Store if the status cannot be verified. Backup files do not transfer Pro access.
How do I cancel, and what happens to my notes?
Manage or cancel in iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Canceling stops the next renewal; Pro stays available until the paid period ends. Free notes, existing template answers, and complete backup and restore remain available afterward. Apple handles refund requests.
