What the app stores
The app stores the contacts, organizations, conversations, notes, photos, opportunities, tasks and preferences you enter in a local database on your device. The developer does not receive this notebook content. No app account or developer-operated cloud sync service is provided.
No tracking or analytics SDK
The app contains no advertising, third-party analytics, tracking SDK or AI service. It does not send your notebook content to the developer. It does not request access to your system address book or precise location.
Apple services and optional permissions
Apple handles purchases, payment and subscription verification through StoreKit under Apple’s policies. The app reads entitlement information to enable Pro; the developer does not receive your payment card details. Optional notifications are scheduled locally. Privacy Lock uses Face ID, Touch ID or your device passcode through the system; the app cannot access biometric templates or your passcode. Selecting a photo gives the app only the photo you choose.
Exports, sharing and system backups
You control exporting, saving and sharing. Exported files may contain private notes, contact details and photos; the destination service then follows its own policies. Device or iCloud backups may include app data depending on your Apple settings. The app has no separate developer cloud backup. Deleting an in-app record does not delete copies you previously exported or shared.
Your controls and data retention
You can edit or delete records in the app and export a complete backup. Removing the app removes its local data from that installation; separately stored exports and system backups must be managed in their respective locations. Privacy Lock limits app access but is not a separate encryption layer for the database or exported files.
Support email and this website
If you email support, your email address, message and attachments are received to answer your request. Send only what is needed. You may ask us to delete that correspondence, subject to necessary legal retention. This support website is hosted on GitHub Pages, which may process technical request information under GitHub’s privacy statement. The site uses no advertising or analytics cookies. Your language choice may be saved locally in your browser.

Material changes to app data practices will be reflected in this policy and the App Store privacy information. For privacy questions, contact the support email below.

Email the app version, iOS version and steps that reproduce the issue. Include a screenshot only if helpful, and remove names, notes and other private details first. Please do not send a full notebook backup unless you decide it is necessary.
