Terms of use for Coffee Chat Note. Effective October 9, 2026.
License
Use of the app is governed by Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement (EULA). The information below explains the app’s subscription and support arrangements and does not replace your statutory rights.
Monthly and yearly Pro subscriptions
Pro is optional and offered as an auto-renewing monthly or yearly subscription. Both plans provide the same Pro tools. The price, currency and billing period shown in the App Store purchase confirmation apply. Payment is charged to your Apple Account after confirmation. The subscription renews automatically unless canceled in your Apple Account settings at least 24 hours before the current period ends. You can manage or cancel through Apple at any time.
After cancellation or expiration
Cancellation stops future renewal and does not immediately end a paid period. After access expires, new use of Pro tools requires an active subscription. Your existing notes, existing template answers, and complete backup and restore remain available. Restore Purchases uses your Apple Account and requires a valid entitlement. Apple manages refunds under its policies and applicable law.
Your content and responsibilities
You keep ownership of your content. Respect the privacy and rights of the people whose details you record. Keep backups of important information and protect exported files. The app helps organize your own career research; it does not guarantee introductions, employment or other outcomes.
Let’s get you back to your notebook.
Email the app version, iOS version and steps that reproduce the issue. Include a screenshot only if helpful, and remove names, notes and other private details first. Please do not send a full notebook backup unless you decide it is necessary.
